The law states that having sex with a drunk woman is rape, as the definition of rape is not necessarily forced sex, but sex without consent. The law considers a drunk person unable to reasonably consent to have sex, much like a mentally disabled person I suppose.

If both the guy and the girl are drunk, and they have sex, why should the guy be blamed? Isn’t it sexist for the laws to assume guy should be responsible for that? Is it in the amendment or constitution?
